Taking the Lightning Process seminar is just the start of your journey, once you have completed the seminar you will have a robust set of tools to use to achieve your goals and maintain the changes you have already started.
Included in the cost of your training are 3 hours of follow up phone/zoom calls with Liz so that you can continue to receive support in making change, and to help you with any challenges that you encounter.
You will also receive a graduate audio download as part of the training materials to listen to after the course, to keep the knowledge and tools you have learnt fresh in your mind.

These calls provide valuable support, and are available to you after you’ve completed the Lightning Process training seminar with Liz.
Your Lightning Process training includes 3 hours of follow up support coaching and addition is available on request.
You can book 30 min or 1 hour follow up sessions.

Lightning Process Refresher
The Lightning Process Refresher Course is designed for LP graduates who would like to receive further support in applying the Lightning Process.
This 3-hour session is for you if:
you want to refresh yourself with the LP training material
you want to further develop your skills with the support of a coach
you want to explore applying the LP in different areas of your life.
These small group sessions are held on Zoom and accessible from anywhere in Australia.
Please note that refresher courses are for those who have already completed a Lightning Process course.
